Who you buy the reservation from

You buy your parking reservation from ParkeerBetaalbaar. We accept your reservation, you pay the full amount to us in advance via MultiSafepay, and we provide you with the reservation: after payment, you receive a confirmation by email with your reservation reference and your access code. We issue you an invoice for the full amount.

Who manages the location

The car park and the barrier are managed by the operator of the location. The operator takes care of your space and your access on site. Matters the operator handles on site, such as the info button on the parking terminal and paying extra if you stay longer, are set out below for each location.

The price

You pay the price shown on the location’s page when you make your reservation. At Parking Valkenier, this is €12.00 per day, plus a one-off reservation fee of €1.00 per reservation. For one day, you therefore pay €13.00. If you reserve several days, the €1.00 is added only once. All amounts include VAT.

Early booking discount at Parking Valkenier: for every reservation you make from Monday 19 October 2026 up to and including Sunday 8 November 2026 (Netherlands time), you receive a discount of €2.00, once per reservation and not per day, regardless of the date on which you park. The time at which you make the reservation is decisive. The discount is deducted from the parking fee and is shown as a separate line in the price when you reserve. If you cancel a reservation with an early booking discount in time, you receive a refund of the parking fee you paid after the discount, minus the cancellation fee set out below.

What applies at each location

The reservation deadline, the cancellation policy, how often you may enter and exit, what to do if the barrier stays closed and what happens if you stay longer vary by location and are stated on that location’s page. At Parking Valkenier, the following applies:

• You can reserve up to 15 minutes before the start of the period you choose, as long as spaces are available.
• If you cancel no later than 24 hours before the start of your reservation, you receive a refund of the parking fee, minus a cancellation fee of €2.50, charged once per reservation. The one-off reservation fee of €1.00 is non-refundable. If you cancel later, or do not turn up, a refund is no longer possible. For a reservation you made before this condition applied, the condition stated in your confirmation applies.
• You may enter once and exit once. If you exit in between, your reservation is used up.
• If the barrier stays closed, press the info button on the parking terminal; a staff member will answer. If that does not help, email support@parkeerbetaalbaar.nl quoting your reservation reference.
• If you stay longer than you reserved, you pay for the extra time at the exit, after scanning your QR code. You settle this additional payment with the car park on site.

Cancellation

For a parking reservation for a fixed date and time, you have no right of withdrawal. You can, however, cancel in accordance with the location’s cancellation policy above.

You cancel using the ‘Cancel reservation’ button in your confirmation email or on your reservation page. You can also email support@parkeerbetaalbaar.nl quoting your reservation reference, from the email address you used to make the reservation; you will then receive the button by email. That reference is stated in your confirmation. Whether you receive a refund of the parking fee depends on the location’s cancellation policy above. If so, we refund it to the payment method you used.
